To obtain the OLEATEX® production slide and price list, please send a request. Here are some key points:
Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 5 Lm. Orders between 5-50 Lm incur a 30% surcharge, 50-100 Lm incur a 20% surcharge compared to orders between 100-500 mt.
The prices for orders from stock will be the same as those listed above for quantities exceeding 500 LM
We offer complimentary A4 size samples from our catalogue's main articles in any color and texture.
Other than this, there are 3 sample package options:
Swatch A4 sample package ( Price: Including 2 piece A4 size Price: 25 Euro)
Large swatch sample package ( Including 2 piece 40cmX60 cm size samples Price: 50 Euro)
OLEATEX® thickness ranges from 0.6 mm to 1.5 mm. For thicker options, we offer lamination process for thicker than 1.5 mm samples.
We can recommend one or more manufacturers from Turkey who have successfully used OLEATEX® material. However, please note that while these companies have a track record of success, OLEAGO company will not be liable for any production errors or issues arising from your collaboration with them.
Our prices are provided in €/Lm based. For our customers, we can invoice in Turkish Lira by calculating based on the exchange rate of the day the invoice is issued with the exchange rate of the Central Bank of Turkey (TCMB). Customers can make their payments in TL according to this invoice.
Our payment terms are as follows: Upon confirmation of the order, 50% of the total invoice amount is payable either in cash or via bank transfer. The remaining 50% is due before shipment upon completion of the order.
All our prices are Ex-Works.
Regarding transportation options, you have the flexibility to arrange the transportation of the goods yourself. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can handle the transportation on your behalf and provide you with the invoice for the transportation fee
Our prices are per linear meter. Our OLEATEX® rolls have a width of 140 cm.
You can find the Technical Data Sheets (TDS) for each OLEATEX® article in the catalogue. If you require a specific sample not in the catalogue, we will send the TDS of the A4 sample after lab production upon your request. Biotex amount with in TDS represents % of olive material derived from olive oil industry wastes.
You can purchase from our stock list for small quantities without meeting the MOQ. Our MOQ is just 5 Lm.
There is no need for a GRS certificate for OLEATEX®. However, we can certainly provide you with a GRS certification for the backing fabric used in our products.
Yes, we have an OEKO-TEX certificate.
The LWG certification applies solely to genuine leather and does not extend to OLEATEX® which is a next-gen material.ows us to keep our carbon footprint very low.
Yes, we have an HIGG Index certificate and can provide you with all our certificates and awards.
GRS tracks recycled cotton and polyester used in fabric for backing. OLEATEX® has some qualities with backing fabrics which have a GRS certificate.
The Higg Index is a suite of tools developed by the Sustainable Apparel Coalition (SAC) to measure and score the sustainability performance of apparel, footwear, and textile products. It helps companies in the fashion industry assess the environmental and social impacts of their products and operations across the entire supply chain. The Higg Index covers various aspects of sustainability, including water use, greenhouse gas emissions, chemical management, labor conditions, and more. By using the Higg Index, companies can identify areas for improvement and work towards more sustainable practices and products. We obtained figures from open sources and articles for comparison with leather and conventional PU leather. We also have LCA results sponsored by Inditex group, and upon signing an NDA, we can share them with you.
There is no limitation on color and pattern. We can produce OLEATEX® in any Pantone code with a shinny or mat pattern.
Our MOQ is 5 Lm for customized orders. Samples take 2 weeks, and orders take 3 weeks. We can also produce 5 mt or 2X 40cm X60 cm production samples upon your request with a fee.
All our prices are ex-works and do not include shipping fees.
We can produce nature-based OLEATEX® up to 95%, aiming to achieve 100% in the future.
OLEATEX® has undergone successful recycling in lab-scale experiments. The process involves obtaining used OLEATEX® directly from the producer without any accessories or additional fabrics. We then separate the coated fabric from the OLEATEX® and recycle the separated OLEATEX® for reuse”
Due to the unique fabric requirements for hot embossing, the MOQ for Posiedon quality with embossing properties is 300 linear meters (LM), which differs from our standard 5 meter MQO for regular production.
Do not dryclean since perchloretylene is being used. Inside of this, turn inside out and handwash with 30º warm water, use liquid pure soap. After washed inside and outside gently, rinse thoroughly with cold water. Turn inside out and drip dry in shade, avoid drying the product under the sun. As the inside dries, again turn inside out to dry completely. Don’t thumble dry or heat. Do not clean or splash the surface with organic solvents, alcohol, or acetone, and don’t clean with corrosive liquids or materials or bleach. Do not scratch the surface with hard or sharp objects. For safe storage, place Oleatex® separately from other colors, in a hanging bag and avoid folding. Avoid placing newspapers or magazines on your Oleatex® product as the inks may transfer onto the surface causing permanent damage
